Emanuela Campari Bernacchi is a partner in the law firm Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners where she leads the structured finance department and is co-founder of Fintech Taskforce. It was formed in the main Anglo-Saxon and Italian studies. Emanuela is also one of the most accredited lawyers in the Fintech field and is considered one of the pioneers in this field, having started to study the subject internationally well before Italy entered the market and regularly assisting the major market players active in this sector. Thanks to her recognized experience in the field of Fintech, she was nominated as an honorary member of the scientific committee dedicated to the San Marino Innovation blockchain where she contributed to drafting the law on the Initial Token Offering issued by the Republic of San Marino in February 2019 , as well as being involved in the department of commercial law of the University of Padua as part of the Innovation and Technology Law Summer School.
